As of I-140, neither of us makes immigration petition. Instead, my compnay is the prtitioner and myself is the beneficiary. That's whi in DS156 file, No is answered for Item 36 Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigration Visa Petition on Your Behalf when I applied my 1B visa in June 2006. I think my wife definitely should answer no because nothing related to immigration is done for her yet, right?

however, if VO directly asks whether immigration petition is filed or not, can we still say No?
