I think and I hope there will be no retrogression for EB2 and EB3 in the near future. It will probably stay where they are for another few months before the visa will become unavailable. Notice that visa bulletin stated that no movement expected for EB2, they did not hint again on retrogression. I think they try not to retrogress often, but when they do, it is going to be a BIG retrogression.
