I'm in a similar situation, and I guess I may receive a RFE sometime later.
I asked similar questions earlier in this forum, according to XiaoBaiTu, it should be OK, only that an interview maybe granted and it may take longer time to get the GC than otherwise.
Could you please keep us posted on the developments of your application?
