You do not undertand the logic

say two person are filing EB2-140. "A" filed on Nov 1st, 2006. "B" filed on Dec 1th, 2006. A used regular. B used Premium. A's 140 got approved in May 2007. And B's 140 got approved on Dec 15, 2006. Then B filed 485 on Dec 25, 2006. and B filed 485 later on June 2007.

you know what? USCIS will touch A's 485 first than B's 485! because both of you have to wait till 2008!
