Maybe,I-485 application just apply the applicant who

live in USA,travel with AP should be temporary.If you
decide to live in Canada until getting GC,you should transfer the case to US consulate in Canada with I-824.
Unless the CIS officer may consider you don't qulified
to I-485 if he/she found you almostly lived in Canada
