I also ted 140,485 and AP at the same time at the beginning of October this year. Got finger print notice 3 weeks ago and AP approved a week ago. And my 140 is still pending. Don't know the answer to your question, but just want to let you know my case, wish it helps. Also, my labor was RIR EB2. AP was ted to Nebraska center.
