My case finally got through!!!

Got notices from USCIS today. Whole family got approved.

NIW at Vermont Center
FD: 9/23/04
I140 AP:4/21/05
Name Check completed date: 5/26/06 but my wife's still pending
RFE: 9/11/06
LUD: more than half dozen times
485 AD:12/1/06.
