From my experience and my colleague's, if the case is pending on namecheck, the response from USCIS will tell you it is pending on namecheck. And very unlikely, the USCIS will ask you for another FP. So, it seems to me that your NC is cleared.
You can call 800 number to talk to someone. If you meet some nice people, they will tell you whether your namecheck is clear.
BTW: What is category and PD?
