You need to decide what you want. The premium process is just to save your time (otherwise you do not know eaxctly when your case will be processed), but doesn't mean you will get an approval notice by using it. Therefore, if you do not care about that $1000 dollars and would get a rush service, then just go ahead. But remember again that $1000 doesn't gurantee you will get an approval notice. You still need to prepare your EB1-a case carefully, cinvincinly and neatly especially when you do DIY.
