But some people told me, only my hu*****and H1B transfer petition would be approved (namely that time my H4 is approved), then I could legally stay in USA. Only my hu*****and get receipt from USCIS I could not legally stay because my H4 petition is pending when i lose my current H1B status! It is so confused to me! Need your kind further helps!
