question on filing 140 with request of duplicate LC

I am ready to file 140 with a request of duplicate LC since my attorney has never received the originals. My question is:

If after filing 140 with request of duplicate LC, my attorney receive orginal LC approval, can I still file 140 and 485 concurrently (my PD passed the cutoff date of retrogression)?

Do i need to withdraw the 140 first and then wait the acknowledge letter from USCIS before filing 140/485?

Will this make 140 application process longer than usual?
