I-140/I-485 filed on Nov 03 (with EB2 LC approval notice) to NSC. Have not received Receipt letter, is it normal?

Just checked the bank information, the check(s) have not been cashed yet...

鬱悶中，不知道有沒有辦法查詢呀。。。
