Tons of thanks to allforGC! I am sorry for my unclear expressions in my last message.

For the first question, my hu*****and will renew his H1B and get it extended to 2010 before it expires and also before we apply for our AP. My question is: if we use our AP (after renewing my hu*****and's H1B first) to get back to USA, and my hu*****and still works for the same employer, will it be a must to renew his H1B again? (I have heard that the usage of AP will change AP users'status to AOS.If this holds true, it means that my hu*****and has to renew his H1B again in order to keep his H1b status, even though we just have it renewed this year. Is my understanding right?)
