xiao baitu and other experts, pls help to answer my question.

I am EB3, I filed 140 and 485 together in June, 2006. My 140 has been aprroved in Oct, 2006, so,my 485 pending date will reach 180 days around middle of Dec. 2006.

If I want to change to a smiliar job,and the new employeer won't be able to sponse the trasferring of my H1-B, can I use EAD to work for the new employeer and keep my status legally until I get my 485 aprroved?
