上海H4簽證疑難求助，小白兔請幫忙

小弟孩子在上海簽H4，居然說材料不齊，說缺少孩子自己的H4 application... 和H1一起的H4 application approval notice不是給入美國國境後的外國人遞的麽？小弟另一孩子就有類似文件。從來沒有到過美國的H4申請人一定要申請人自己的H4 -- 797 approval notice???

Thank you for your inquiry of October 29, 2006, received in this office on October 30, 2006 regarding the nonimmigrant visa application of your son, 。。。.

According to our records, ...’s application has been temporarily denied under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. This section of law prohibits the issuance of a visa to any applicant whose application is incomplete.

At the time of his interview, ... only presented the faxed copy of his father’s H-1 petition. He may return to the Consular Section at any time with the original H-4 application in his own name.

Until we have the necessary information from the applicant, we cannot determine whether we will be able to issue a visa to the applicant. This was explained to the applicant orally and in writing.
