Can anyone help me with these questions on canadian immigration for skilled worker?

1) Do I need to send a copy of my passport and visa pages along with my fingerprint to FBI for no criminal record police certificate?

will a copy of my USA driver's license do?

1) I am in USA and I think it's too much to send them 550 US dollars. Where can I get canada dollars for the application fee, 550 CND?
