Anyone from Chengdu and invite your parents to US get reject rec

I'm planning to let my parents come over to the US, don't know if it's hard to get visas from Chengdu consulate. I'm on H1, but my spouse just graduated, didn't find a job yet,don't know if it's a problem to invite my parents. Thanks for your help.
