Congratulations for your 140! we were on the same boat, NIW from VSC to NSC, then get RFE mid of Aug. I just finished preparing the RFE and is going to send out in a few days. Could you share how you answered the questions asked by officer in RFE? In the new petition letter drafted by my lawyer, he did not answer one by one as I expected, but just list all the new evidence. Does not new petition letter need to clearly explain the questions? How do you think?
