請好心的xiaobaitu幫忙，485 section 問題

我是2004 年6月NIW 和485　concurrently filing case。在我的485　receipt中Notice type一欄裏的section後麵注明“other basis for adjustment"。我看了幾個朋友的485 receipts, 有的跟我一樣，有的卻是“adjustment as direct neneficiary of immigrant petition". 關鍵的問題是被歸屬於“other basis for adjustment"一類的朋友的485都至今都沒有被批下來。我問了我的律師，律師的回答如下：
　　“Thank you for your e-mail. The TSC has made all I-485s based on NIW cases as “other basis adjustment” while CSC, NSC and VSC had label I-485s based on NIW cases as “Directive Beneficiary of Immigration Petition”. Therefore, your case should be fine.”

律師的解釋很牽強，而且不知道哪裏來的根據。因為我上麵提到朋友們都是在TSC申請的,section歸屬卻不同

我應該怎麽辦？

不知道是不是單身和家庭申請會有以上的差別。

懇請Xiaobaitu幫忙回答我的問題。我相信有很多人也有同樣的疑惑。
