Sorry, I check the procedure again,and I found it is diffculty for you do it. In the prevailing wage request form, there is a track number which will be used in ETA 9089, and also there is an alien name in the prevailing wage form although the name only appears once. So, I do not think your lawyer and company will agree with you becasue it may be in trouble.
