I known somepeople 平均 $2000-$4000 and include a winner paied $32500 at last (訴訟,然後上訴),but you can ask for CIS be retune the lawyer fee to you.
如果你請律師出庭，費用大大增加，一個中國人在西雅圖起訴然後上訴花了一萬多，但９０％以上起訴人沒有上訴機會就解決了或撤銷了
