Your case is very tricky

I don't think your F-1 is still valid after you filed I485. If you stay here, maybe no one cares. But after you go out and come back using AP (you are required to use AP to keep I485 valid), you 100% lose your F-1 status. You may need use EAD to continue your part-time employment.

I heard you can use either lane for entrance. I asked an immigration officer once, and he told me to use visitors. But others used Citizen lane as well.
