請問：I-485 pending 寫信改地址是寄到 TSC 還是 NSC ？

July 2005, I-485 交到 TSC。

Oct 2005, 收到USCIS-Texas Center的信說I-485被transfer到NSC，並且提到“any further inquiries should be made to that office (NSC, PO BOX 82521, Lincoln, NE)."

請問這個改地址的信是寄到 TSC 還是 NSC ？
