advantage of i-140 premium application

My lawyer just told me my concurrently filed 140 and 485 were transfered to TSC from NSC. She said all premium 140 will be sent to TSC so it is very likely your i485 will be sent to TSC together if you file concurrently. Because TSC is faster and easier than NSC, I think it really worths $1000 to file premium 140 instead of regular one.
