TSC, and no RFE on I-140 and 485, i was wondering if the USCIS much more serious on the Eb1a, since many Eb1b were approved less than a year, mine was almost three years, and i do write to the senator, got a really nice response, so it might help. try to call or write to them, most of them are nice, especially this time, they donot want to lose any vote, and you might affect the american around, which i was told. so do it and goog luck!
