我還可以交140嗎？xiaobaitu help!!

我是H1B， 12月回國準備用AP(是老公為主申請人申請的485)回來。 我本人的PERM已經批了， 還沒有遞140。不知道我用AP回來會不會使我的綠卡申請作廢？我回來以後還可不可以RENEW H1B後繼續遞140？
