H1B, 第一個140(NIW) 已批準. 現急需工卡. 準備EB1A和485同時申請. 現有幾個問題請教:
1. 485 體檢有效期是多長?
2. I-140, PART 5, 1. Type of petitioner (Check one.)
A.Employer B. Self C.Other (Explain, e.g., Permanent Resident, U.S. citizen or any other person filing on behalf of the alien.)
我認為我應該選擇　self.是嗎?
3. I-765 #16 Go to Part 2 of the Instructions, Eligibility Categories. 我認為我屬於Employment-Based Adjustment Applicant--(c)(9). 對嗎?
4. G325A 右下角的Alien Registration number 是我們平時所說的A NUMBER 嗎? 在此表格的右上角有一欄叫做成File Number A, 是否也是填A Number? 這不是重複了嗎?
