Xiaobatu, Please. -- Is this a good sign?

Just got an email from my lawyer saying he got my second finger print notice which is schedule d in Noverber.

I called CSC a few times recently and were told that my case is still pending FBI name check each time. Latest call was in 10/23/06. I don't believe that my NC can be cleared in one day(Otherwise CSC was lying). But why they sent me the second FP before my NC clearance?

Anyway, I got the 2th FP notice.
