Mytwocents is right saying that you do not have to file another I-485 since one has already been filed.
In your situation, I suggest you do as I have suugested. You must have filed the I-130 at one of the CIS Service Centers and filed the I-485 at the wrong CIS office.
Procedurally, you should file the I-130 and I-485 concurrently with Chicago office. Subsequently, you will receive the filing receipts, notice for biometrics, and notice for interview. CIS normally will not adjudicate I-130 separately.
