Don't worry about it. But you need to respone to this letter by saying you have done FT within one month. Attach a copy of I-485 receipt stamped with FP to support your claim. I believe that the CIS made a terible mistake. I got similar letter, saying that I failed to show up for FP, but in fact I didn't receive FP notice. I responsed to letter, and got FP notice later.

Because you have done FP, I don't know if there is possibility that your biometrics data are not transferred to CIS data base by mistake. Anyway, response to the letter first. If CIS made mistake, they will find out.
