That is different

To survive in one country does not mean you have to know and do everything. Besides, I might just don't want to bother, or just want the safest way to do it.

I have a classmate who couldn't drive on highway after she came to US for many years. But she got a PHD and is a professor now. So you could not judge a person based on one side.
