It is not use to apply for premium process. All Eb1b will be processed within 6 months. Normally, it will be processed within 2-3 months. NIW will take longer period of time. Of course, if you like to get the result quicker, you can use the premium process. But I don't think it will significantly speed up your green card application. For most Eb1b, the applications (140 & 485) will be processed within one year at present speed. Anyway, it is just my personal opinion. Good luck.
