Question on Birth certificate

Hi, all friends,

I had my birth certificate when I left China several years ago. Recently I find my birth place (Zhejiang) is right in Chinese, but in English, the officer in China mistakenly translated into Jiangsu. How can I correct it? Thank you very much!
