Thanks. But I know I can travel back China for short period and this will NOT affect my I-485 application. I want to know if there is any time frame within which I have to come back to US otherwise my I-485 will be terminated. When I work in China and I travel back to US several times each year, can I keep I-485 pending status valid? thx.
