When you leave for China,airlines staff will collect your I-94

& to CIS for data entry,when you come back,you need to fill another I-94,& to CBP officer for
entering USA,why doesn't CIS know long hong you are out of USA?
I-485 is applied the applicant who live in USA only,if you live in another country,you should apply an immigrant visa in that country.
