NSC OR RFE Help

I have my OR application with NSC.
Just received their RFE as follows:

Please submit additional evidence that the beneficiary is recognized internationally as outstanding. For example, copies of published articles by other research engineers citing the beneficiary's research or similar documentation of recognition of her research.

在原始申請中,我已經有3封international的推薦信.我也沒有查到有什麽citation. 我該怎麽辦? 再找幾封international 的推薦信? 有那位兄弟姐妹遇到過類似情況嗎? 請給點建議. 多謝.
