Depending on service centers and luck, I guess.
Some get approved in 8 days. Some in months. Many are still waiting.

Are there any people getting approved since Monday 10/2/06 because these are counted as 2007 quotas.

I guess people can create a database for th statistics of your question. All approvals before/on last Friday was for 2006 quotas, so they are not relavant.
