Question about the 2nd I-140 form

I filed a DIY NIW I-140 a while ago. Now I am trying a DIY EB-1a. When I fill the I-140 form,Part 4, Question 6 ask whether I filed immigration visa petition before, should I answer yes or no?

I noticed I-140 form is immigration petition. Is this the same as immigration visa petition?
