the last one today :)
For I-864 (Affidavit of Support), my hu*****and just filled in and signed on it. Is it ok? or ,should he sign the form in the presence of an immigration officer,or a notary public?
In the separate instruction for I-864 (in a separate I-864 PDF file), there is no such requirement. But, in the instruction for the whole PDF file which puts the 4 Forms together in one file, such requirement is stated in the checklist.
What to do? is it ok without the presence of the office or notary public? Thanks!
dear xiaobaitu, one more question, hope this is
