It says in an attachment: "As per HQPRD70/8.5 dated September 23, 2005 and pursuant to 20 CFR 656.10(d)(3)(iv) the job notice must be posted between 30 days and 180 days prior to filing of the form I-140. "

Is it true for all empoyee based application? I got confused because somebody told me 30 days waiting is not necessary for nurse schedule A application. Again, thank you in adcance.
