How to do appeal for the denial of I-140 at NSC

Could you please tell us how to do the appeal for the denial of I-140 at NSC, and how long will it take. Also, please provide some cases of appeal. Is it hopeful to win the appeal at NSC since NSC is pretty tough? Thanks.
