xiaobaitu: help for parents' petition

Xiaobaitu,
I heard parents need provide Hu4 Kou3 Ben3 notarization to INS during their interview. Is it ture?
If so, do I need ask my parents to notarize whole Hu Kou Ben? Or just proof of their address information?
