跟FBI要了一個FOIPA request,答複如下:
"No records responsive to your FOIPA request were located by a search of the automated indices"

然後建議我可以file an administrative appeal marked "freedom of information appeal"

有誰知道什麽意思啊? 讓我appeal什麽呀?
