Change J2 to F1, 郵I-20原件嗎?

已經得到J-waiver和學校的I-20，準備郵材料到USCIS，change J2 to F1 visa. 請問要郵I-20原件嗎，移民局是不是還返回I-20? 我從移民局都能得到什麽文件? Please share your experience if you have ever had the same situation. Thanks
