體檢缺乙肝疫苗

剛剛做完移民體檢(I-693).醫生說我缺乙肝疫苗(Hepatitis B),打了一針.但過一個月和五個月以後還要打另外2針.所以醫生在疫苗表上(i-693 supplemental form)上
1) Hepatitis B 寫了第一針的日期,然後隨後勾了Insufficient Time interval 這一欄.
2) 然後在下麵的section 3 上打勾是"applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) as indicated above.
3) 然後在I-693的主表上勾了 "Applicant is not current for recommended age-speficic immunizations and I have encouraged that appropriate immunizations be obtained".


我想問一下:
1) 醫生這樣做是不是對的? 他是不是應該在"Applicant is current for recommended age-specific 上打勾,而不是在上麵的3)上打勾?(因為我已經打了一針了)
2) 如果就這個表遞到移民局去,會不會有問題?
