Am I qualified for Eb1a pertition?

PhD in mechanical engineering, Master from china;
One chinese patent, approved in 1998.
13 papers in chinese;
5 conference papers in english;
4 journal papers (english), first authors in 3 of them;
reviewer of one chinese journal;
no big award;
full time senior engineer, H1 b now, company is willing to sponsor Eb1a, But i feel i am not qualified.
Any comments? thanks in advance.
