Please advise on my J-1 waiver case

Hi all, according to DoS's inquiry website, they had approved my waiver request and sent out the recommendation letter on September 1. But until today, I still haven't received a copy of the letter. Does this sound normal? If someone used to apply for the J1 waiver before, would you please let me know how many days you actually received the letter after the "sent date" indicated on DoS's inquiry website? I'm so afraid the letter's missing or something...Please advise..Many thanks..
