If I need to do somthing for my change of job?Thanks.

I was a postdoctoral research associate in a University when I filed my 140 and 485, then I work for a company as a R& D scientist since this May. Now I need to add my wife's 485 in. As far as I know, there should not be any problem for changing job for a NIW case, as long as I'm still working in the same area. So I planned to not mention it to USCIS unless they will ask.
However, since I need to add the mywife's new H4 approval notice as well as the supporting evidence (such as new employment letter and paystubs) for my wife's 485, which will reveal
the fact that I changed my job, I just wonder at this time, should I do something about it or just wait to see if they will ask for that in the future? Thanks a lot.
