after July 24 until further notice, if you file to a wrong center. But who knows when will they stop for the transfer. My concern is that my wife (H4) many be out of status if my 485 is approved if they return the 485 to me while we don't have the time to send it to the correct one. The key of this case is if my wife's "join in" is considered as a "employment based case". Thanks.
