Can I change job 180 days after I-485 filing?

Thanks for your answer if you know something about it.

If my I-140 is approved and 180 days passed, can I change a job from an IT technical company to a finance company? The job title is same, both are Software Developer. But, two companies are in two different fields. Is it safe to change?
